What the fuck is this bullshit? It’s implying that only people from third-world countries can commit murder, and probably other crimes. Just because it (assumingly - there is no source) happened here, doesn’t mean it’s a given. This is a poor piece or propaganda for anyone who isn’t already a racist or anti-immigration.
